History of the company

Overview on the company

Innovation and quality have been the guiding thread in the last 40 years in Tokuyama’s development and manufacturing of dental materials. With only one objective: to offer leading edge solutions for dentists and professionals in this industry.
Such an objective can be reached only with a multilevel commitment leading our researchers to develop technologies able to revolutionize the global dental industry.
And change has many names and has led to a leadership in the rebase sector thanks to Rebase, Rebase II and Sofreliner, the best sellers in their respective categories. In the esthetic restoration product range (adhesives, composites and cements), in 2007 the self-etching adhesive Tokuyama Bond Force was launched, winning the Top Award for 7th generation adhesives acknowledged by the journal The Dental Advisor. In 2013, the launch was for Estelite Asteria, the flagship of our composite range for esthetic restorations.
But what is crucial for Tokuyama Dental Corporation and Tokuyama Dental Italy is going on, be forward-looking, be ahead of time and, above all, to foresee our customers’ needs. We do this listening to professionals, promoting on the territory not only our products but also our philosophy, which privileges research and development.
